1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 18cash ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your access to and use of all services provided by the 18cash platform, including the website at 18cash.bet, mobile app, online games, Sports Betting, digital lottery, Live Casino, and all related products.

By registering an account with 18cash, making any deposit, using any promotion, or simply browsing the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 18cash. The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use 18cash services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• Hold an active Malaysian mobile number for verification purposes.
• Has never been prohibited from using any online gambling platform by any authority.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Not being on any self-exclusion list for gambling.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and payment account details. 18cash reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documents at any time.

3Account Management & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) 18cash account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of reason, including using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else, including family members.
• Notify 18cash immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• 18cash is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your own negligence.
• All activity that takes place under your account is your sole responsibility.

18cash uses two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. We strongly encourage all members to enable this feature in their account settings.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

18cash supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed instantly and 18cash does not impose any transaction fees.

• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name.
• 18cash reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected to originate from illegal sources.
• Members can set their own daily deposit limit through account settings as a responsible gaming measure.
• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals.

5Withdrawals

18cash members may withdraw at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, or ShopeePay are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks are processed within 15–60 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals for large winnings (exceeding RM5,000) may require additional verification within 24–48 hours.
• Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

18cash reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 18cash may request identity verification documents before processing the withdrawal.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

18cash offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant Promotions page. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 15x and 35x, depending on the bonus type. This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Most bonuses must be used within 7–30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Prohibited Conduct: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, per phone number, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• 18cash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The 18cash VIP loyalty program offers enhanced benefits to active members, including higher weekly cashback, increased withdrawal limits, a dedicated personal account manager, and invitations to exclusive events. VIP eligibility is assessed based on monthly betting volume.

7General Sports Betting Rules

This section sets out the general rules applicable to all Sports Betting on 18cash, covering football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, FA Cup), badminton (BWF, Thomas Cup, Malaysia Open), cricket, tennis, and all other available sports.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members except through the Cash Out feature where available for the relevant market.
• The minimum stake per selection is RM2.
• 18cash reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and refunded.
• For in-play betting, results announced by the official event operator are final.
• Any technical errors or system failures affecting bet outcomes will be resolved at the sole discretion of 18cash.
• Bets placed after the start of an event (except valid in-play bets) will be automatically voided.

8Casino Games & Lottery

All casino games at 18cash – including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, dragon tiger, and sic bo – operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by internationally recognised bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game can be found in that game's information section.
• All gaming transactions are final once completed and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, all affected bets will be fully refunded.
• For digital lottery, draws are conducted using the same RNG and results are announced at the designated time.
• Lottery winnings are automatically credited to your account within 5 minutes of the official result.
• Lottery tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.

9Responsible Gaming Commitment

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.

• Play Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10Account Closure & Suspension

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonus or promotion systems.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or violating the privacy of other members or 18cash staff.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting 18cash customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 18cash shall not be liable for any:

• Financial losses incurred through use of the platform, except where caused by our own technical error.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account use due to the member's own negligence.
• Betting or game outcomes that have been fairly determined in accordance with the established rules.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the 18cash platform.

18cash's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Changes to Terms & Contact Us

18cash reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the 18cash platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law and any disputes shall be resolved through independent arbitration in accordance with procedures established by 18cash.
